# Service Renewal

> How to renew your NexioHost services before they expire.

# Service Renewal

Keep your services running without interruption by renewing before the expiry date. NexioHost sends reminder emails as your renewal date approaches, but you can renew manually at any time from the Client Area.

## How to Renew

    Head to [billing.nexiohost.in](https://billing.nexiohost.in) and sign in to your account.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open your service">
    Navigate to **Services** and click on the service you want to renew.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Restore Service">
    Click the **Restore Service** button. Your service is renewed instantly — no extra steps needed.

## Renewal Reminders

NexioHost sends automatic email reminders at:

* **1 day** before expiry

Make sure your account email is up to date so you don't miss them.

## What Happens if a Service Expires?

<Warning>
  Expired services are suspended and scheduled for deletion. Data recovery after deletion is not guaranteed.
</Warning>

| Status         | Timeframe              | What it means                            |
| -------------- | ---------------------- | ---------------------------------------- |
| **Active**     | Before expiry          | Everything running normally              |
| **Suspended**  | Expiry day             | Service is paused, data is preserved     |
| **Terminated** | 1 day after suspension | Service and data are permanently deleted |

If your service is suspended, you can still renew it from the Client Area to restore access immediately.
